Procrastination comes from ignoring the nudge. Yep!!

You can stop all procrastination by overcoming or surrendering to the nudge.  You see, the nudge (small hints or feelings) is what causes procrastination in every other area of your life.  Or should I say, ignoring the nudge causes you to freeze or block and atrophic (waste away from disuse) every other area of your life.  Overcome the nudge and it creates more energy than you can dispell in a day.  So if you want to stop procrastination, surrender (give-in) to the nudge.  That's really the problem.

Your hurt.  Some call it broken hearted or angry.  You don't believe God is going to do what He said He would do.  This is called a core fear.  Listening to the nudge overcomes the core fear and destroys it the same way bungy jumping breaks the fear of heights.  The good news is you don't have to jump off a building, just surrender to the nudges and God will do the rest because you were obedient to the still small voice rising up from the center of your being (nudging you). 

Alright it's simple - your ego (Egor) wants to keep you in the flesh (left brain) drone state where you are safe and ieffective.  Egor drives you like a mule so you can't think.  Egor makes you believe that the more you do - the more you'll get paid and the more you'll get credit for.  Problem is - that's a lie.

The less you do the more you make.  Look at any business.  The highest paid positions are furthest from the toilets.  I can't tell you how many entreprenuers I know who still clean their own toilets because they refuse to slow down and listen to the nudge everyday.  Bondage - Mule.  Sorry just trying to make it a clear picture in the mind.

Surrendering to the nudge everyday for a week or two brings so much freedom into a person's life that they usually become emotionally exuberant.  That's right - back into the hands of Egor - just on the other side of being grounded and stable where we listen to the nudge.  This can be more dangerous than not listening to the nudge, because now people think they are invincible and do destructive things. 

The chemical released when a person suprisingly makes a lot of money (lottery) is the same chemical that is released when taking crack cocaine, so we need to protect ourselves from emotional exuberance because it can be debilitating. 

Listening to the nudge creates the life of your innermost dreams.  As a matter of fact, if you are listening to the nudge, you won't be able to stop the dream.  You could stop the dream as much as you could stop a dam from breaking when a stick of dynamite is exploded in the middle of the dam wall.

The Greatest Secret in the Universe

Now listen to me, because what I am about to tell you is

the greatest secret in the universe....

No one has ever felt more full or complete than when they are totally committed to allowing God to move through them to break open the hearts of others so that He can become as close to them as He now is in you....

If you will surrender your whole heart to God, He will begin to flow through you with a violence that doesn't just fill your soul but overwhelms your being to the point of not being able to contain His presence.  You will feel that you are in heaven at the very throne of God - overwhelmed by His goodness.  You will experience times when you will physically not be able to handle God's love... 

The secret to remember is that God now has you, and He is looking for vessels (You) on earth to funnel through to touch others the same way.  The only way he can reach others is through the portals of souls that have surrendered to the flow of His Spirit.  Each day as you awake, be transformed by the renewing of your mind.  Become a portal...  you see the ego will try to trick, steal, deceive, and get back control of the land you have just surrendered to God.  It has to in order to fulfill its purpose which is to keep you safe - self preservation.  Each day surrender your will back to God, because as you slept, the ego has the ability to process out anything that it feels will hurt you...  For example: stepping out in faith to please God and do His will. 

So you must see yourself as one of the few portals in this world that allows God to reach His people without which He would be totally cut off.  As you allow and become partners with God, His Spirit becomes comfortable with you and you with Him.  As time goes on, your healing increases and your ability to work in obedience to His will increases and you will find yourself doing things you never imagined - in your family, school, work, church, community etc... 

Remember - you are a portal for God's love and will.  Picture that and never forget it.  Get paper out and draw your new life, put it on your screensaver, email yourself, make up a song, put this blog in your favorites and read it everyday until it becomes so real you easily fulfill your purpose in God.  Keep reading books that move you closer to God and find people God leads you to.  Find poeple of like mind that are growing in God and believe anything is possible.  They live in every city.
